Background
Yuncture is a Swedish incubator that pairs cohorts of early-stage startups with mentors. The program used to run on spreadsheets, inboxes, and memory, which made intake, matching, and follow-up hard to track. We built the single system of record for the whole program.
What we built
Startup applications flow through a Kanban pipeline from intake to decision, with rule- and AI-based matching that produces an explainable, ranked mentor shortlist instead of guesswork. Approved applicants convert into portfolio companies that run multi-mentor mentorship cases with meetings, investment tracking, and structured post-engagement evaluations, all backed by a searchable mentor directory, a competency map, CSV import for legacy data, role-based access, and an audit trail.
