Background
Adapty resells software licenses and services to Swedish businesses, buying from international suppliers in one currency and re-invoicing customers in another every month. That work used to live in spreadsheets, which made it slow, error-prone, and hard to audit. We built a single platform to run the entire reseller operation.
What we built
At its core is an automated monthly invoicing pipeline that ingests each supplier's billing export, matches every line to the right customer and agreed price, handles currency conversion and pro-rata periods, and pushes the finished invoices straight into their accounting system. Around it we built customer and subscription management, a multi-tier product catalog, live margin dashboards, contract-renewal tracking, role-based access, and a complete audit trail.
